Our parcels are delivered by DPD Local who have, year on year proved themselves to be one of the most efficient couriers around, providing a consistently high success rate compared to their competitors.
Predict - Our One Hour Delivery Window
DPD Local provides customers with a one hour delivery window so you don't have to wait in all day for your parcel:
• Customers are given a one hour delivery window 
• You can be notified of this by email.
 
Track Your Order
 
You are able to track your order using your unique tracking number when its uploaded, or by entering your order number and email address. Enter either of these numbers into the Track Orders section in the top menu bar to bring up your consignment.

Please note: Standard Next Day and 2-Day business deliveries are typically by 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, and are subject to the DPD delivery terms.
Next day delivery only applies to UK mainland. Deliveries to Scotland/Scottish highlands and Northen Island will take 2 working days and are charged from £9.95 (Scotland) £17.95 (Northen Island), We do not deliver to Southern Ireland or Channel Islands.
Any orders placed after 4:30pm Friday or during the weekend will be processed the following Monday (excludes bank holidays)and these will be delivered the next working day unless a Saturday shipping is selected.
Tracking
All DPD packages can be tracked to a 1-hour delivery slot. 
* £500 free shipping only for UK Mainland,  BT Postcodes (Northen Island) are charged at £10
